Ever since I can remember, I have been intrigued by what motivates people, what makes one become passionate about a certain thing and what is required to become and remain successful in life.

Because of my desire and commitment to dialogue and get to know people, I started working with hair stylists, salon owners, beauty professionals and entrepreneurs by asking them about their dreams, motivations and asking them to share their stories. You and I are a lot alike. We share many things. I am confident we can learn from each other and grow together.

We don’t enjoy self-promotion; however, we understand the benefit of sharing and growing our brand. We both want to live a life of purpose and passion while making our business successful.

My name is Jennifer. I grew up in the South watching business owners surviving instead of thriving. Most business owners I knew loved what they did, but they didn’t know how to brand, market and make more money to create the life they desired. I teach business owners how to grow their brand by clearly communicating their message, increasing customer loyalty, creating leads and making more money.
